Postal and handling charges
Postage and handling within Australia is $FREE when using regular postage or AU$9.00 per total order for Express Post. Postage and handling per order outside Australia is AU$12.00.

Methods of Payment

We accept Mastercard, Visa. Amex is not accepted. Payment by credit card will ensure despatch of goods within 3 - 5 working days. We will also accept personal cheques or money orders from within Australia, however, goods will not be dispatched until funds have been cleared (7 - 10 working days). For our overseas customers, bank drafts in Australian dollars, drawn on an Australian bank, will also be accepted.

Dispatch of goods
Items will be shipped by Australia Post. We aim to dispatch goods within 3 - 5 working days of receipt (if payment is made by credit card). If for whatever reason, the items requested cannot be supplied, notification to the customer will occur within two days. If payment is made by cheque goods will be dispatched once funds have been cleared (7 - 10 working days).
